* Übernahme durch SUN, VirtualBox 1.6.0 (released 2008-04-30), Support Mac OS + Solaris
* Open Source vs. zusätzliche Closed-source Features

Virtualisierung:
* Ring-3 Code nativ, soweit als mgl.
* Ring-0 Code als Ring-1 Code
* nicht nativer Code durch Emulator (QEMU Quellcode)

Demo:
* OpenSolaris, lokale angelegt, VDI-File (User mathias/a....)
* Ubuntu, Download, VMDK-File (User jars/jars)
* Gasterweiterung, RDP Zugang, SSH Zugang/NAT-Network, Hostinterface
* Consolen-Tools:
** VBoxManage list vms
** VBoxManage snapshot OpenSolaris take OpenSolaris2 -desc SnapshotTest
** VBoxManage modifyvm Ubuntu -monitorcount 2
* NAT Portforwarding
 VBoxManage setextradata "Ubuntu" "VBoxInternal/Devices/pcnet/0/LUN#0/Config/guestssh/Protocol" TCP
 VBoxManage setextradata "Ubuntu" "VBoxInternal/Devices/pcnet/0/LUN#0/Config/guestssh/GuestPort" 22
 VBoxManage setextradata "Ubuntu" "VBoxInternal/Devices/pcnet/0/LUN#0/Config/guestssh/HostPort" 2222

Besonderheiten:
* snapshot nicht bei VMDK mgl.
* seit v2.0 Rewrite des Hostinterface Features; nun plattformübergreifend, kein TAP notw.
* kein DHCP Hostinterface, stets fixe manuelle IP etc. in jeweiligen VM konfigurieren
* Hostinterface bei Mac AirPort Nutzung nur IPv4, Solaris kein Wifi-Support
