Darum hier ein - vorerst kurzer - Bericht.<br /> <br /> == Freitag, Vorbereitungstreffen ==<br /> <br /> Ich hab am Freitag erstmal das Vorbereitungstreffen zum WSFII-2006-Meeting in Indien besucht. Angenehme, konstruktive Atmosphäre und ich hab mich auch als einer, der am letzten Tag der Planungen dazustößt, nicht fehl am Platz gefühlt. Keine bekannten Gesichter, allerdings hab ich in den Gesprächen im Umfeld schon ein recht großes Interesse an der Entwicklung in Rostock gespürt. Die meisten kannten die Opennet-Idee noch von der Ideenphase vom Djursland-Event im letzten Jahr.<br /> <br /> [http://www.okfn.org/wsfii/wiki/Wsfii2006Organisers] - leider gibts da noch keine Zusammenfassung der Freitags-Entwicklungen. Aktueller Stand ist, dass es in der direkten Umgebung von Bangalore im nächsten November ein WSFII-Event geben soll, und im Anschluss daran (oder im Vorfeld) Workshops zum Aufbau lokaler Infrastrukturen in anderen Gegenden Indiens, bspw. Goa stattfinden sollen. Also plant schonmal euren Urlaub für nächstes Jahr ;)<br /> <br /> In Vorbereitung dieses Events werden lokale Meetings stattfinden, in Deutschland sind das, soweit ich das mitbekomen hab, bisher Tracks/Panels auf dem [http://www.ccc.de/congress/2005/ CCC-Congress], einem Freifunk-Event und der [http://www.transmediale.de Transmediale] im Frühjahr und auf dem WizardsOfOS ([http://wizards-of-os.org/ WizardsOfOS2004]), welches Ende August 2006 stattfindet.
